How do I get started?

You can choose to contact your preferred provider directly, or we can help match you with a provider. We will likely ask you a few general questions to get a sense of what type of services you are looking for and help provide you the best care possible.

Do you work with insurance?

We do not work directly with insurance. However, some out-of-network policies may reimburse you for your therapy expenses. Talk with your insurance company to learn details about your specific plan. Our providers can support you through this process by providing a superbill that you submit to your insurance.

Where are you located?

We offer online and in-person services for California residents. Our office is located in West Los Angeles.

What kind of mental health troubles do you treat?

Our providers offer a range of specializations, including treatment for mood, anxiety, trauma, emotion dysregulation, perinatal concerns, and personality disorders. We provide treatment for adults, teenagers, and children, including individual, family, and group therapy, and parent coaching.
